Berry quick, healthy, and paleo! Summer's superfruit goes great in a smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana
1/3 cup cultured coconut milk
1 small carrot (broken into small chunks)
1 cup frozen spinach or other greens (chard, kale, beet)
1 tablespoon chia or flax seed
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 scoop vanilla egg white or whey protein
Cold filtered water
Directions:
Toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
