Caveman Cuisine: Creamy Avocado Dressing


 A cool salad dressing for a hot summer day.


1/2 Hass avocado (mashed)
1 tbsp coconut milk
Fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Flax seed or olive oil
Pinch sea salt
Pinch cayenne pepper


In a small bowl combine avocado, coconut milk, lime juice, cayenne, salt and pepper.  While continuing to stir, add oil until desired consistency is reached.
