Caveman Cuisine: Frogs on a Log


Need a quick Paleo-friendly breakfast or snack?  Try this classic with a cup of almond or coconut milk blended with a scoop of vanilla protein powder (whey or egg-white) and a good dash of cinnamon. 

Ingredients:

1 medium banana
1-2 tbsp almond butter
1-2 tbsp organic raisins

Directions:

Spread the almond butter on the banana and top with raisins.  Voila!
