Caveman Cuisine: Strawberry Apple Sunrise Smoothie


A refreshing way to start the day and/or to recover from a "tequila sunrise".

Ingredients:
2 apples (gala, fuji, cameo, etc.)
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup fresh greens (radish, beet, kale, spinach, etc.) (chopped)
1/2 cup cultured coconut milk
1 small carrot (cut into 2-3 chunks)
1/4 medium beet
1-2 scoops 100% whey or egg-white protein powder
1 tsp KAL dolomite powder
Cold filtered water

Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and "chop", "whip", and "liquify" until smooth.  Add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.

Yield: 1-2 BAGs (big ass glasses)
