Caveman Cuisine: Coco-Cashew Tidbits

Subtle notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and coconut combine with cashew butter and a touch of honey.

4oz ground raw cashews or cashew butter
~2tbsp raw honey
1 tsp pure cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Ceylon (true) cinnamon
Unsweetened shredded coconut

In a small bowl, combine cashews with just enough honey to make a fluffy, malleable consistency (~2tbsp).  Mix in the cocoa and cinnamon powder and combine thoroughly.

Form small pieces of the cashew mixture into balls about the size of a marble and roll in shredded coconut.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Yield: ~20 tidbits
