Caveman Cuisine: Collossal Cobb

"On top of old Smokey, all covered with...turkey!"

4oz turkey breast (chopped)
1/4 Hass avocado (diced)
1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)
1/2 head iceberg lettuce (chopped)
3-4in English cucumber (sliced)
7-8 broccoli florets (chopped)
1 small carrot (sliced)
4-5 white mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 small white onion (thinly sliced)
Fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp flax-seed oil
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Layer all of the ingredients on a large plate and dress with lemon juice and flax-seed oil.

Yield: One stomach-distending portion
