Caveman Cuisine: Easy Bake Acorn Squash

Sweet simplicity.


1 med. acorn squash (cut lengthwise with seeds removed)
1 tbsp. coconut oil


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Rub acorn squash (both cut side and skin) with coconut oil.  Place cut-side down on a  baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. 

Cook for 45 minutes or until skin yields easily to the touch

Yield: 2 caramelized servings
