Flip the script on your usual smoothie recipe by mixing in more veggies than fruit!
Ingredients:
1/2 medium carrot
1/4 small beet
1-2 cabbage, kale, or chard leaves
4-5 broccoli florets
3oz cultured coconut milk
1 package Sabazon unsweetened acai berry puree
2 Brazil nuts
2-3 1" chunks each of fresh or frozen pineapple, mango, and papaya
1 small banana
2 scoops Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
Toss everything into a blender and fill about 1/2 way with cold filtered water. Blend.
Yield:
2 veggie-licious servings
