Meat Grinder!

What's better than fresh ground meat?  Making your own of course!  Thanks to the wondrous Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer and the optional (really it isn't an option) Food Grinder attachment you can turn regular meat into burgers, sausage, and much much more!


Oh yea, that's venison tenderloin, all natural pork-sausage, fresh basil, fresh rosemary, and garlic getting their grind on.

Seasoned with fresh ground black pepper, dried oregano, parsley and thyme and combined with an egg yolk.

Melt a little butter in a pan, throw in your burgers (cook 3-4 minutes per side) and prepare for lift-off my friend because you are about to be in heaven.

  2. Definitely! I went "off" this weekend for my birthday and it was actually a struggle to eat foods that made me instantly feel like crap (ice cream cake, chips, etc.) Sunday night I was laying in bed and all I could think about was how much I was looking forward to getting back to my Paleo/Primal diet!
