Recipes so Easy Even a Caveman Could Make Them: Aromatic Omelet

Infusing fresh herbs and greens into your morning routine adds tons of nutrition and taste.


3 whole eggs
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
One bunch fresh basil
2-3 sprigs rosemary
3-4 leaves kale or swiss chard
2 cloves garlic

Step 1: Melt your butter or coconut oil in a saute pan over medium heat

Step 2: Blend together your eggs, herbs, greens, and garlic.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Step 4: When the mixture begins to firm, use a spatula to loosen up the edges and fold the omelet in half.  Note: if you want to add a little cheese, you would want to sprinkle it over the eggs prior to folding.

Step 5: Enjoy with a few all-natural sausage links and any leftover herbs.
