Caveman Cuisine: Beefy Scramble

Get some beef with your breakfast.

1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
4-5 slices natural roast beef (torn into bite sized pieces)
3 eggs (scrambled)
3 cups fresh greens (mustard, spinach, lettuce, etc.)
Generous pinch fresh black pepper
2 tbsp fire roasted chilies (Hatch brand!)
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and while waiting for the pan to heat up, combine eggs, roast beef, and black pepper in a separate bowl.

Add beef and egg mixture to the pan and occasionally run a wooden spoon across the bottom to keep the eggs from burning.

Once the eggs have reached the desired doneness, serve over a plate of fresh greens and top with green chilis and a drizzle of red chili sauce.
