Caveman Cuisine: Easy Roasted Asparagus

Enjoy this season's asparagus simply roasted with creamy avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper.


1lb fresh asparagus
1 tbsp avocado oil
Generous pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Cut the last inch or so of the asparagus stalk off and place in a shallow roasting pan (lined with foil for easy clean up).  Coat the asparagus with avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper.  Roast for 20 minutes (or until asparagus is al dente).
