Caveman Cuisine: Sour Cream and Ghee Salad Dressing

Spicy, creamy and a great use for ghee.


1 tbsp organic sour-cream
1-2 tbsp melted organic ghee
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch sea-salt
Pinch ground black pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp mustard


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except ghee.  Stir the mixture as you drizzle in the ghee, using more or less depending on the desired consistency.

Yield: You better believe you just put butter on your salad
