Caveman Cuisine: Sweet and Sour Cream

A touch of honey turns rich sour cream into a decadent dessert.


2-3 tablespoons of European-style full-fat sour cream (I used the Wallaby available at Whole Foods)
1/2 tsp of raw honey (this amount only adds about 3gms of sugar)


Simply fill a small cup with sour cream and drizzle with honey.  If desired, a few walnuts or hazelnuts also go well with this dish.

Yield: A few sweet and sour bites of bliss
