Sometimes you just need to sink your teeth into something sweet for breakfast.
1 medium organic apple such as gala, Fuji, or any other firm variety (diced)
Raw soaked almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, or Brazil nuts (chopped)
10-15 organic raisins
Dash cinnamon and or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or pastured heavy cream/half and half (mixed with 100% Whey protein powder if additional protein content is desired, or another option would be to put a cup of full-fat Greek yogurt onto the bottom of the bowl skipping the milk entirely)
Other ideas: raw cocoa nibs, dried gogi berries, and chopped fresh coconut
Layer all ingredients into a bowl, starting with the chopped apple and top with coconut or almond milk.
Yield: 1 fructosalicious portion
