Minty, creamy, chocolatey goodness that can be enjoyed on the go!
4oz coconut milk (Native Forest makes a quality product)
1-2 tbsp Hershey's natural cocoa powder
2-3 fresh mint leaves
1 small banana
5-6 cubes of ice
Cold filtered water
Optional: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or 1 scoop of 100% whey protein powder can be added if some protein is desired.
Mix all ingredients except for water in a blender. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Garnish with frozen mint leaves.
Yield: 1 cool smoothie
