Caveman Cuisine: Pasture-fried Eggs

 Enjoy the full-flavor and rich yolks of pasture-raised eggs over a bed of lightly sauteed kale.


2-3 cups of greens (kale, chard, etc.)
1 tbsp pastured Ghee
3 pasture-raised eggs (I used Vital Farms brand)
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Step 1: Find some Kale

Step 2: Saute the Kale


Step 3: Crack some eggs and melt ghee in a frying pan

Step 4: This is your eggs in a frying pan

Step 5: Season with Salt and Pepper, serve over the bed of sauteed kale and enjoy!
