Paleo for a Day

When grains, beans, industrial seed oils, sugar, processed/packaged foods, and sugary/starchy fruits and vegetables are removed from ones diet, the question of, "Well, what do you eat?" is often encountered.

To answer this question, and to spare both you and I the trouble of a thousand words, I would like to share some pictures that speak far louder.
