Caveman Cuisine: 4HST Omelette
4HST = 4 eggs, Havarti cheese, Spinach, and Turkey.
4 eggs (scrambled)
2oz havarti cheese (sliced)
3oz Boar's head natural turkey breast (
3 cups fresh spinach
2 tbsp butter
In a medium saute pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes (or until wilted). Remove the spinach from the pan and wipe it down with a paper towel.
Add another tbsp of butter to the saute pan. Coat the pan with the butter and then add the eggs. After the eggs have mostly set, add the sauteed spinach, havarti cheese, and turkey breast. Fold the omelette over and cover, cooking for another minute.
Yield: No hunger till dinner
