Caveman Cuisine: Cheesy Eggs

Delicious doesn't have to be difficult.


3 eggs (lightly scrambled)
2oz shredded raw milk cheese (I used Gruyere)
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil


In a small skillet, melt butter or coconut oil over medium heat.  Add eggs, gently stirring them with a spatula as they cook.  Before the eggs set, add cheese, and fold it into the eggs.

Yield: Primal comfort food suitable for day or night.
