Caveman Cuisine: Southwest Sardines

A surprisingly tasty way to eat sardines!


1/2 avocado (mashed)
1 tin sardines (packed in tomato sauce)
2-3 tbsp salsa

Optional: Pork cracklins for a textural contrast


Layer avocado, sardines, and salsa in a bowl. Enjoy with something crunchy.

Yield: Fun Fishy Flava
