Caveman Cuisine: Porkado Salad


Epic Pig makes a fresh appearance!

Ingredients:

Leftover Epic Pig
1/2 Hass avocado
2-3 cups chopped red or green leaf lettuce
Cucumber (sliced)
Red cabbage (shredded)
Radishes (diced)
Carrot (shredded)
Roasted pumpkin seeds
Sriracha Thai Red Chili sauce
Home-made ranch dressing

Directions:

Layer lettuce, veggies, and Epic Pig pulled pork in a large bowl. Top with sliced avocado, Sriracha, ranch dressing, and roasted pumpkin seeds.

Yield: Another winning meal for Epic Pig!
