Caveman Cuisine: Spicy Celery Dip

Tired of dipping your sticks into almond butter? Try this spicy, savory, sour cream based dip for something deliciously different.


2 tbsp organic cultured sour cream (Wallaby brand is THE BEST, but you could also substitute full fat Greek yogurt)
1 tbsp RPO (Don't know about RPO? Then check out this post!)
1 tbsp Sriracha hot Thai chili sauce


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve with chopped celery stalks or other crudites (I'm thinking that broccoli, cauliflower, sliced zucchini, and yellow squash would work great as well.)

Yield: Some lip-smacking dip action
