Caveman Cuisine: Coco Potato


Super simple delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked/peeled sweet potato
3 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (more info here)
Pinch cinnamon and sea salt

Directions:

In a small bowl, mash cooked sweet potato until relatively smooth.  Add coconut milk, cinnamon, and sea salt.  Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
