Caveman Cuisine: I Heart Eggs


Scrambled egg....yolks?! That's right, I ditched the whites (well, not really, I saved them and ate them later) and then gussied the whole thing up with some sliced avocado and a drizzle of Sriracha. Heart healthy? I think so!

Ingredients:

4 egg yolks (scrambled)
1 tbsp pig butter (recipe here)
1/2 Hass avocado (sliced)
1 tbsp Sriracha (or any other hot sauce)

Directions:

In a small frying pan, melt pig butter over medium heat. Add egg yolks and quickly scramble. Plate the scrambled yolks and adorn with sliced avocado and a hot sauce.
